The Samaritan Riders National are governed by the Samaritan Riders of Washington State (SROWA) and a collaboration of State Master Charter Officers.

The National Board of Directors consist of a SROWA President; Master at Arms; Secretary and Treasurer; Individual State Presidents, State Master at Arms and their State Master Charter Vice Presidents.
